Shipping Information:

Thank you for choosing Dandelion for your purchase. Please be advised that the standard delivery time for your package is estimated to be between 3-4 business days (5-7 business days for Crochet items) from the date of order placement. Kindly note that during the Christmas period, orders will not be dispatched until the third of January. To ensure timely delivery before the year-end, we recommend placing your orders by the 17th of December (or the 14th for crochet items).

For added convenience, select items will still be available for purchase at Sherbet Angel Salon in Johannesburg and The Commodore Hotel in Cape Town.

Receiving Your Parcel:

Please ensure that you or an authorized representative is available to receive your parcel. Our courier will make three delivery attempts. In the event of a third unsuccessful attempt, the parcel will be returned to us, and a new courier charge will be applicable.

Once the courier has handed over the parcel to you or your appointed representative, Dandelion relinquishes liability for any subsequent damage or loss. Should your parcel arrive damaged, kindly email us within 24 hours with a photograph of both the parcel and the damaged item. We will then liaise with you directly to initiate the return and replacement process.
